New Phone System for Spencer & Collier

Since we wanted to allow the law firm to continue to operate durring the switch over we setup new phone lines at the new telco, then wired in the new system along side the old system so at one point each employee had two phones at their desk. Once everything was tested to be working we forwarded all the phones to the new lines and then put in the request to port the lines over to the new provider.
There was no down time in the phones or the internet and generally everything is working better than expected. They now enjoy 50mbits downstream instead of 7mbits they had previously.
